Chelsea is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a graduate of the Master of Science Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Oklahoma State University.
Chelsea is passionate about promoting social, emotional, and relational health in couples, families, children and individuals. Chelsea has experience in working with these populations with issues related to depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, communication enhancement, and other difficult life transitions. Chelsea is especially passionate in working with couples looking to improve communication and intimacy issues.
Chelsea is certified in the premarital/marital PREPARE-ENRICH curriculum and has received training in Emotion Focused Therapy. Additionally, Chelsea is trained as a facilitator in the Co-Parenting for Resilience course as well as received training in Child-Directed/Filial Play Therapy. Chelsea is also rostered as a Child-Parent Psychotherapist.
Chelsea is happily married and has two wonderful daughters. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Chelsea is active in her church and loves teaching Pre-School Sunday School. In her spare time, Chelsea loves exercising, cooking, watching reruns of Parenthood, and is always open to binge worthy TV suggestions.
